orienteering 30:00 [2] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)
O-ringen training area relevant to days 1 and 2. I was not sure I wanted to do anything and had not purchased a map, so I spent the time walking into the area trying to memorize 6 controls to find. I found the first 2 without any trouble, the 3rd I was a bit unsure about but found it anyway, 4th no trouble. When it came to the 5th and 6th I got into the right area but could not remember anything about the control locations. I walked up and down for a while hoping to spot a control but failed, then headed back.
Mostly walking with a bit of jogging where it was easy going, no palpitations.
