Ultrasound at 9am, then set off for the station ready for a walk. I was planning to get a train to Bingley and walk towards Oxenhope then maybe over towards Calderdale, but found no trains and a replacement bus service. I took the first train going anywhere hilly, and went to Huddersfield. Across King's Bridge, up through the woods to Castle Hill, Farnley Tyas, Thurstonland, New Mill, past various mills in the valley bottom, Morton Wood, Hade Edge. Headed out on to the moor past Crossley's plantation, but once on the edge the breeze got up and it got very much colder. I suddenly felt very tired and turned down into Ramsden Clough and made my way down the valley to Holmfirth to get the bus back to Huddersfield. Lovely day, and the bits in the valley were good. Walking across the plateau around Farnley Tyas was a bit dull. Walking ok on the flat, but any sort of hill I just have to grind it out with my heart protesting. Stiff and sore afterwards.

17 miles, about 5:10.

Feeling a bit below par, but it is nice and sunny so I walked a lap of the warehouse, 1.6 miles.
