The usual stepping stones route, trying much harder than last week but only going marginally faster. My legs are still getting used to running again and I am not really recovering day to day. Hopefully it will improve before the Welsh, without going too far and busting my heart again.

Yateholme - Ramsden Edge - Holme Moss - Kaye Edge - Holme - Yateholme. Found the hills hard work, both up and down. Found the terrain hard. It was all quite hard really. Legs now sore.
