Adel Crag, trying to keep up a decent speed.

running long 1:40:00 [3] 11.0 mi (9:05 / mi) +350m 8:16 / mi
ahr:136

Hunger Hills, not feeling great and it was heavy going, but I wasn't too bad. Just plodding. Tired at the end.

running intervals 20:31 [5] 5.0 km (4:06 / km)

5 x 1k, 2 mins rest, West Park. A bit sluggish tonight, and having to try a bit too hard at the end. 4:11, 4:04, 4:04, 4:05, 4:07.

running warm up/down 24:00 [3] 2.5 mi (9:36 / mi)

running 37:00 [3] 4.2 mi (8:49 / mi) +100m 8:12 / mi
ahr:136

Plodding, but comfortable. West park, Spen Lane, Morris Lane, Kirkstall Lane. Easy.

running tempo 29:25 [4] 4.0 mi (7:21 / mi) +110m 6:47 / mi
ahr:154

1 mile lap steady, then Lawnswood 4 mile tempo, then 1 mile wam down. Not bad considering. My knees are no longer sore but my calves are tight, presumably from walking funny for three days, and my chest was a bit sore. I had no problem going at this speed.

running warm up/down 18:00 [2] 2.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

warm up / warm down

Note

Walking - Honley to Huddersfield via Farnley Tyas and Castle Hill. A pleasant stroll, mostly. 6 miles? I'm tired and my legs are sore - particularly the tendon at the back of both knees. Walking is too hard.
