From Batheaston across the valley to Bathampton then a loop of Bathampton Down and Claverton Down following the route of the Bath Skyline. Some good bits, particularly the woodland above Bathampton and the valleys around Widcombe, some good views over Bath, and some boring fields. Pushed quite hard on the hills.
A bit tired after a long day at Longleat - we saw a baby sea lion.

From Batheaston up to Banner Down and back via a different route. A bit of a strain after a long day in the car but felt ok. Went quite hard up the hill and that bit was quite pleasant but the down route was muddy and overgrown and had cows in it.
West Park Fields and Batcliffe Wood. Barely moving - heart doesn't want to function properly today, never got going. Some of the time was spent delivering a pair of boots to the parish hall.

Adel Crag. Labouring a bit and couldn't find a happy medium pace - HR was always too high or too low. In the end the average was 140 but that masks a lot of speeding up and slowing down. It was still easy enough.

Easy run - Woodhouse Ridge, Woodhouse Moor, down Woodsley Road and onto the canal, then back up through Kirkstall and Beckett Park. Mostly just plodding along. Nice evening.
