Adel Crag. Feeling a bit the worse for wear but this was quite comfortable. Soaking wet, it's been pouring down all afternoon.

Feeling tired. Woodhouse Ridge, Sugarwell, Carr Manor, Tunnel How Hill. Last time I went up Tunnel How Hill was probably during the foot and mouth crisis. There used to be really good views but the trees have grown up around it too much now.

Steady Adel Crag. Much more of a comfortable steady cruise this week rather than a desperate plod like last week, but still keeping the HR down. Good.

Meanwood CC, Bywater. Nice and slow. Belly full of chilli con carne. Saw a mummy deer and a little baby fawn. Awww.

School Lane, stepping stones. Started at 9pm with a belly full of risotto. Easy to start with, getting quicker towards the end and feeling ok.
