orienteering 2:25:00 [2] 10.0 km (14:30 / km) +400m 12:05 / km

Planning expedition to Attermire. Jogging/walking around checking out a few features and getting a feel for the area. Very tired but I was never trying to move very quickly. It was pretty cold, and raining and windy for a time. It's bleak up on the plateau.

Hunger Hills. Hot, slow. Fairly comfortable mostly.

Butcher Hill, Newlay and Kirkstall. Just plodding along, a little bit more sprightly than yesterday.

Adel Crag. Still quite tired but the cold is going away. Just plodding along. NIce and warm - a bit too warm by the end.

running 24:00 [3] 2.3 mi (10:26 / mi) +80m 9:25 / mi

Easy run round the park, enjoying the rhododendrons in bloom. A bit knackered and I've got a cold but it's all in the head at the moment - chest/breathing/AF unaffected.

orienteering race 50:04 [5] 4.5 km (11:08 / km) +245m 8:45 / km

SinS - Middle Race Bringewood. A few AF problems on and off, couldn’t get up hills and made route choice accordingly. One or two controls were a bit dodgy but I really enjoyed it - lots of legs < 1 minute one after the other keeping you on your toes. The forest was a bit more pleasant and runnable today.
