Note

Zap. Ouch. Back in sinus rhythm, and the doctors think it was no more than a blip.I suspect it might have been TMTS, and the cold didn't help.

I have a vague memory of trying to sing Transparent Radiation as I was coming round. I hope it wasn't out loud.

Note
(sick)

Went for a jog Tuesday. Finished feeling like I was getting a cold. Woke up in the night with a cold and atrial fibrillation. Been feeling rough ever since and the AF has been continuous.

Tomorrow I am going to have my chest zapped in an attempt to get the heart back into normal rhythm again. This is effectively turning the heart off and turning it back on again and hoping for the best. Not very subtle but there is a good chance it will work, at least in the short term.

cycling 41:40 [4] 9.7 mi (4:18 / mi)
ahr:149 max:160

Lineham Farm.

Hmmm. Got a bit carried away here because I wanted to be cycling as fast as I was when I had AF, but that turned out to be pushing it perhaps more than was sensible. I was able to go much better uphill, but the HR went up with it. It stayed stable and I didn't have any issues, so that's good I suppose.

After quite a lot of effort I equalled my best time with AF.
