Sectionals. Hardest I've raced all season. Pretty much ever. My heel bothered me during the race and then at the end I'm pretty sure my back caused everything to tense up and it was just so so hard. I came in 8th and Val in 9th. Karli kind of sprinted ahead at the end and beat me by 3 seconds.my only time faster than this is McQuaid by like 10 seconds. Val did great too coming in 9th!

Yeah my achilles is now a little sore but nothing near where it was before. I'm pretty sure it's going away. My calf down including the achilles felt a little tight during the workout but that is a combination of not being able to stretch my calf or I would hurt my achilles the past few days + the achilles.
