Chocolate Milk Mile!!! I felt like absolute crap, but I finished without throwing up. I didn't even throw up at the end even though I really wanted to. I either got 3rd of 4th, Joe Wherle and I can't decide who was in front of the other because we don't really remember. I am definately doing this next year!

Took today as a rest day. I was dehydrated and my legs were extremely tired. I have been getting up every morning this week to do labor intensive work so I'm a bit tired out.

XC Camp today. The mileage is just a guesstamate because I don't exactly know how far we ran. We did Coach Lyons training thing where we run 3:00 out and 3:00 back at tempo pace and we have to run the same distance each time.
