Pennypack Tri/Du - some of the same trails I use for training every day. Serpantine swim in the pool, pave/trail MTB and 2 mile run. Swim was a surprise to win for me; bike was pretty good despite of hitting the wrong trail and loosing 15-20 sec, transitions were slow since I never did it with MTB and run was pretty hard - second week of not running pays off.
