Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Orienteering 1:07:44 [4]

Multi day length course. Very nice terrain and going well for the first half. Took a silly route to 14 and lost 2 mins then lost 1 more minute on 17 taking a bad route through the undergrowth. After 18 I slowed down quite a lot, head was spinning whenever I tried to run a bit faster and had to sit down at the finish, which is pretty unusual.

WU for both the morning and arvo.

Orienteering 36:19 [3]

Queens Birthday 3 day in snake free, spider webb free, kangaroo free Woodhill Forest. 2 Middles - AM and PM (with reverse chasing start). Went super cautiously because scared of getting lost in the low vis at the start. A couple of 30s wobbles and then one big 2 minute miss at 10 when I didn’t check where I was on the path.

Orienteering 29:28 [4]

PM reverse chasing start. M20s on the same course and running in all different directions so just tried to ignore them. Lost 40s on 3 being pushed off course by the vegetation and ended up in the depression above the control and 20s on 9 where I got a bit confused. Otherwise pretty good and actually did alright.

Orienteering 42:02 [4]

Retro O at Goorooyaroo. Was a bit fancy this week with courses already printed on the maps! No time for WU/D because I had to dash to make the bus to Sydney. I struggled with 6, I think the control was a bit lower down the hill than it was on the map. Really enjoyed it and the terrain was so fast.

Running intervals 44:10 [4] 8.39 km (5:16 / km)

Went to Stromlo running track with the Agars. Did 2.5km with them (as WU) and then 4 x 1km with ~1-1.30 recoveries. Then 1km WD.
