O training with Melhuish's at Farrer ridge and Wanniassa. Practising looking at the ground/terrain and thinking about what I need to know and then extracting that information off the map. Hopefully this will stop me looking unnecessarily at the map.

8 x 2 minutes (1 minute) with Zoe and Tara around the side of Red Hill. Felt awful, it was wayyy to hot.

Orienteering 21:50 [3] 4.4 km (4:58 / km)

Sprint o round the Parliamentary triangle. Good fun and nice to run before it got too hot.

Sprint training organised by Warren around ANU South. 5 of us leading 4 controls each and the people following had to try and made constructive comments on where we could improve. It turns out I look at the map too much probably just for something to do to avoid running flat out. Really interesting, learnt a lot.

Hanging controls at Glenbrook. Kind of like South Wales moorland but completely dry.
More hanging at Mount Gladstone. Difficult to decipher some of the mapping.
