Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Orienteering 50:54 [3]

British Relay at Summerhouse Knott. Hannah lost some time on leg 2 so went out a fair way down but keen to try and catch what I could. Felt horrendous again as soon as I started running. Made a mistake on 5 overshooting and really struggled to run the rest. Have felt run down all week so probably just need a rest.

Attempting to break in my new shoes which I bought 1 hour before after getting mine out the bag only to realise they weren't going to make it round the course.

Orienteering 1:48:19 [4]

British Long at High Dam. Been feeling rubbish all week but good course and really enjoyed it. Going pretty well technically just a few wobbles at 6 and 7. Made sure I'd had lots to drink and had 2 gels before the spectator control but then spectacularly bonked and just couldn't use my brain. Went too high to 17 and lost a minute then lost 6!!! minutes on 18. Found the crag below which I was planning to use as an attackpoint but no control.. Normally I would find something obvious to relocate off but just wondered and felt completely drained. Eventually found it and stumbled round the rest. Not even tired in the evening for some reason!?

Wisdom tooth coming through quite painfully so took a while to get out after sitting in bed feeling sorry for myself.
