Nice run with Hannah and Caro. Winhill - Kinder and down the spur just after the youth hostel - Back Tor - Lose Hill - Winhill. Caro didn't eat lunch first so kept bonking. Nice to go slow and enjoy the weather.

At Goodwin with Emily and Will. Played about with the aquajog belts for a bit in the middle. Then steam room and sauna.

Nice loop around Redmires with Jade and Josh. Legs feeling pretty knackered but perked up about half way round.

Good long warm up, legs not feeling too bad at easy pace.

Herod farm fell race. Quads not happy from the start with running hard up the hill. Tried to hang on to Hannah who was running well. Enjoyed the descent and flat bit before the second incline. Normally feel good up the hills but legs not having it this evening. Good fun though and won a bottle of wine :)

Orienteering 31:17 [4]

JK Relay, 3rd leg. Legs not too bad after yesterday. Lost 20 secs at 12 as didn't understand the map and control description, otherwise an alright run and picked up a few places. Borrowed Olly's compass which was way quicker to settle than my bubble filled one. Pretty good result for ShUOC in 6th.
