Big Weekend Arthurs Seat. Not much sleep and very tired. Wasn't with it at all for the first map but then went up the climbing frame to 14 and woke up a bit. Good fun and really cool to have different map scales, legs just not functioning on the inclines. Been a good weekend.

Went for a very easy short cycle on Wednesday morning and shoulder felt alright so decided to go a bit further today. Hybrid was fine over Christmas because handlebars are so high but my road bikes handlebars are a lot lower. Such nice weather.

TTDP's The North Stands Race. Went Hallam - Wednesday - United. Definitely didn't take the optimum route on several occasions, plus avoided some more dodgy areas like Ponderosa. Good fun though and time seemed to go by quite quickly.
Turns out I ran 19km, about 3km longer than most people, oops.

Night O Tankersley. Shoulder hurt so took it slow, especially down steep banks, this was probably a few weeks too soon for night O but enjoyed it.

3 x (3x2mins). Only wore a t shirt and shoulder sore with the cold. Should probably wear more layers.

Shoulder pretty bad, struggling with NHS physio exercises (I've now moved up to hardcore 500g weights).
