Fell "run" up Wetherlam from Coniston via Swirl Hawse. It was very slow. Walk up, jog down. 2 1/2 hours including stops.

Orienteering 47:00 [2]

Contour only and corridor course at Dale Park then shadowing. Being careful not to fall on my shoulder. Felt like someone who hasn't run in quite a while.

Shadowing at Esthwaite Intake then collecting controls at faster pace.

Running a reasonable pace by the end. Been a busy week, I'm sure the last 2 weeks of term will be busy as always. Shoulder not great running, but not bad enough to stop.

Back to the hospital for a final x ray. Bones all healed :) Can start running now, cycling in 2-3 weeks, climbing in 2-3 months. It's still pretty weak and sore so got to be a bit careful.
