Night O trains in Eccy Woods take 2. Not as disastrous as last time (we all managed to stay on the map this time!), but still room for significant improvement.

5 min threshold, 2 min, 1 min, 5x30 sec hill sprints. Still feeling pretty tired so cut it short.

3 hours at the Foundry. Need to start going more regularly again to get some strength back.
