Chinley Churn. Practising using my compass, it was good but area was easy for that. Some silly misses in the mines. Finding the hills pretty hard going, I was pretty knackered before I started; more sleep needed I think.
Feeling pretty lazy after sports fair all day. Need to start making legs turn a bit faster so went for a steady paced run and stopped to do some long sprints on flat bits of road. Feeling pretty good.
