Down the coast from Trefor to Nefyn. Lots of playing in the surf somewhere I can't remember the name of in the afternoon. Great fun!

Since mum can't run anymore she has taken up kayaking. Evening paddle from Porthmadog across the estuary to Portmeirion and back. Very scenic and great views up to Snowdon with the sunset.

Monday 7th - Thursday 10th September - Queens Scout/Gold DofE Qualifying expedition in the Elan Valley from Devil's Bridge. Good to finally get this done as I completed all the other parts of the awards 4 years ago!
