All tarmac, ankle good :) Anything that involves going up hill is way too much effort atm. Hopefully will get easier with time.

Running 30:30 [3]

Had a pretty busy week and ankle needed a rest so no running. Got some new trainers :) (my foot stuck through the sides of my old pair!). Found some new paths in rivelin I haven't been on before. Went over on my ankle after 20mins and had to walk/jog home :(
