Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Orienteering (British Middle) 54:16 [1]

Wasn't sure if I should have a go at this or not... Jogged bits of the first 7 controls then rolled my ankle leaving 7. No extreme pain but enough to remind me that it is not ready to run in terrain yet. Walked the rest as it was a nice day and pleasant forest. Somehow beat 11 people. Awesome flight back to Sheffield in Tim's plane! :)

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2]

Orienteering race (British Sprint Qualifier) 17:40 [5]

After only a handful of runs over the last 6 weeks knew I had to run really hard to have a chance of qualifying. A couple of hesitations around 2 and the wrong side of a fence at 5 but after that got into it. Well planned course and quite technical.

Orienteering race (British Sprint Final) 17:26 [5]

Less technical so my lack of ability to run anywhere quickly meant I was well down. Fun course though, lots of routechoice. Made a mistake on 12 missing the gap between the fence and building. Also got a bit excited about getting to the finish and missed the penultimate control.

Cycling (Spinning) 25:00 [2]

On my own before and after.

Cycling (Spinning) 1:00:00 [4]

Not running this week as ankle still not 100% and I am attempting to let it recover properly so I have no problems with it over the summer. Went to spin class for the first time this year. Should go more as I have no motivation to go on my own. Probably the first time I have done hard exercise since Wolf's Pit fell race. Looking forward to the weekend (particularly the flight home Sunday!).
