3x2mins (90secs), 4x80secs (80secs), 4x90secs (90secs). 2.30 after first set, 3mins after second set. Feeling good but sliding all over the place at the end when it was muddy. Will take spikes or o shoes in future.
Was intending to do something of a high intensity since was away all weekend without the chance to run. But felt really tired so just went for a steady run. Legs felt heavy towards the end.
2 sets of 3 this time rather than 3 sets of 2. 90secs per rep. Seem to have finally got the pacing right for this, although I wasn't feeling tired at the end.
In the snow! :) Spent a few minutes standing in the middle of some busy crossroads just because I could! Wore O shoes so no problems with icey bits. Had to help push some guy out of his drive at one point! Great fun and found a new place for sledging in the woods which I'll have to remember for the future.
