Really struggling. Got home and dad asked whether I could go down to the forest with him to check more controls.

Out for well over 2 hours. Tired when we got home.

Went out to enjoy probably the last hot sunny day of the year. Great views.

Back to athletics. Long tough session, 3x3mins, 4x2.30mins, 4x2mins. Calves were really tight and just had no speed at all. The first 2 sets were more at threshold but really tried hard on the 2mins.
