Round 1 of the MIlngavie sprint race. Ran hard and fast. No big errors - probably not 100% best route choices though and a few hesitations.

Orienteering race 22:39 [5] *** 2.9 km (7:49 / km) +12m 7:39 / km
shoes: LASportiva mountain

Round 2. Same course but some diff route choices. Took long but smooth way to 1 and slower. Took direct to 8 through grotty wood and faster. Took deliberately wide E route to 5 and only lost 5s! Had to slow a bit 11-12 as calf tightened. Nearly forgot to mp 12 as smiling for the camera!

Kilallan run on own during footie training time. Bit shorter as park nearer. Had wee detour into barfillan wood for a pee- quite pleasant (the wood not the pee)

Run rounds dams with Kenny and Clyde training crew. Back for some lovely grub after.
