2.6 Heat B British Sprints

Pretty standard run out, good pace, good flow few mistakes. Started off good through trough the controls picked up pace after 4 then up another notch after the crossing at 9. Slow on 14, 18 just slowing down to check my routes. Not a good control went pass the little gap and carried on to the hedge. Then was the 'controversial' leg as thought by one competitor. Saying I crossed a hedge when I ran through a passable gap. Bit annoying to be put up for disqualification and put me off but glad to be given my chance in the final.

Great Race few mistakes but pace was good. British Sprint Finals good pace the whole way round. Picked up good pace through to 6 but then should of come through underpass to 7 ended up coming round about 20 secs mistake. Bad route choice to 11 should of again stuck with the underpass but came round the building lost about 10 secs. Another bad route choice to 13 came right through the car park whereas sticking to the lake was better so about 10 secs. Lost a lot of time on 14 control tucked in a little corner couldn't see it lost about 10 secs. Then picked up the pace into the finish eeeeeeaaaaassssssyyyy British Sprints Champ good start to the year!

Run out on ash rangers checking controls with colin good accept number 4 where I hesitated and he said we were at the wrong location so we both got proper confused even though I knew where I was going :/ first time I think I've ever seen him mess up though!
