Lots of blisters on my feet and has stomach problems on the way round. Got into the course quickly and fast around the first few, slow on 7 not fighting the hill. Then on 8 trying to compensate for this and coming across to high then double correcting myself losing a lot of time.Slow going to the crossing point on 9 not pushing enough. Then a big mistake on 10 losing so much time after quite a good run, not contouring round and going straight over the top of the hill. I was being lazy and not wanting doing the extra distance coming way to high and then went even higher thinking I was to low. Relocated off a wall and got to the control eventually. Slow through the last few again but this time stomach problems.

Hit 1 steady and slowly spiking it then shaky on 2 not a clear attackpoint and not an executed plan. Lost about 2 mins on this control. Steady around 3 and 4. Then my big mistake 5 lost about 3 minutes on it not having a clear plan, attackpoint and route. Tried to complicate a control which was unnecessary and ended up losing a of time on it. Picked up a good flow round the course until the physical part at the end which I was slow through.

Went out in the rain and there was no grip on my shoes, slipping everywhere and after the first 5 was down on time with small costly mistakes. Got the flow at about 6 after mistakes at 2,3 and 4.

Short course planned by dad on a map used for a score. Few controls lots of turning went out fast last piece of training before JK. Feeling much better then before British Middles.
