I'm at Craftsbury for the weekend at the NENSA TD seminar, and working on some networking infrastructure for events here this winter. It turns out that one of the TDs for the races I'm timing this winter is Peter Reynolds, who was one of the founders of NEOC. I spent the evening telling him all about whats going on in the orienteering world these days. Its fun explaining sprint orienteering to someone who had never even thought about the concept. He also confirmed that Sara Mae has always wanted to feed everyone, and to try and refuse is and always will be futile.
