Did a 'follow John' exercise. Got lost multiple times and it was really difficult to relocate because the map is so outdated especially with new trails
Felt great out there! A little shaky at the end but overall really enjoyed myself. My joints arent nearly as bad as they were last night. Took the same map out and focused on reading while running. Was somewhat difficult as the printing quality was bad (guess I need a new printer :P)
Brought a map along and focused solely on taking short map glances often. Not too worried about actually reading the map but rather forcing the motion of reading the map into my running routine. Afterwords my entire body was complaining. Especially my left knee. Hopefully its just aches from the weekend of hiking
