Running a la Francis:
Training at Mooney's Bay using a loop of ~1.75km over sand (barf), grass, pavement and hills.
wu: 1 lap with 6x100m strides
timetrial: 3 laps, total 24.26 (7.45, 8.20, 8.20).
wd: 1 lap of strides with recovery between flags, 1 lap of slow jog
Tried not losing Alexander on the first lap of the time trial, tried to keep it together for the last two. Francis kindly reminded me of my youth when he said I had done 2 laps in 14.37. Back then I was 40lbs lighter. I think I'd be really really REALLY fast if I was that weight again.
Got to see Robbie race his 3km (impressive). Everyone looked so smooth out there... I would have been lapped 2 times (out of 7.5 laps) if I had the race of my life. barf.
