Had planned an easy week with the intention of running the seven sevens today. Turned out to be a "too easy" week as all motivation had left by midweek. Sitting around in training courses on Wed & Thu left the body full of aches and based on Friday's yoga session I'd lost a lot of flexibility and felt frustrated and lacked confidence for a fast long run around a familiar course. Having booked the day off work, just took a time out from activity to reset.
