Ormeau park, not quite the Seeley route in reverse.
Took it easy for first couple of kms as three sped off for glory at the start. Ankle felt stable and pushed on to catch the front runners. Glad I ran, will rest the ankle tomorrow and will try to avoid any more aggravation of it.
