intentional rest, frustrating as the weather is great for being out. Although, consequently I will be busy enough at work later so other than the bike to/from work, there'll be no other effort. energy levels feel high but can still feel niggles from top to toe.

intentionally plan to do nothing today, maybe walk to the shop, move furniture. too many niggles aren't going away. I feel fine on my feet but need to ease back. I stopped the daily yoga challenge as I think I was pushing myself too hard and overstretching sore muscles/tendons/ligaments etc. and not giving myself adequate recovery time (sleep quantity and quality has also declined). running form seems fine, but posture in gym classes has deteriorated with overcompensation around sore points both in static and dynamic movements.
