the first climb was over far too quick & i hadn't pushed enough to get a clear climb and descent on the dry ground. the second climb gave little opportunity to attack but i did make some advantage but lost this on the descent. got some good running on the drier climb but lost time again with a lack of confidence of the run in down to the finish. a big training week this week, i hope to be fresher for Drinahilly to complete my 2013 H&D series.

the belfast hills was a much wetter place than last week but got a good run in. need to take fitness into races as race form in the hills this year has been poor. will miss the tollymore trail unfortunately but should get down for the last two H&D. good runs at Bearnagh & 7x7s are needed for championship points too.
