Two time costly errors. Came straight off Commedagh as if heading to Beg, Love, Lammagan instead of contouring down towards Bearnagh. Then climbed Binnian straight up from Ben Crom Dam which was more vegetated and heavy going than expected -should've kept to the track! Reckon I lost 30mins. Gels were ok but was craving real food climbing Lammagan.
