lifting with Martin! The two others in the group this week hadn't been there before so a decent amount of explanations but definitely got a decent amount of lifting in there. Things were light until they weren't. did 4x80 but couldn't lift the 90 which was a bit annoying but i think the rest I got wasn't as much as it usually is in these as there's generally 4 people. I'll get it next time I'd say.

We then did back squats which were much harder after the deadlifts so no real big numbers there. That and we were going arse to the floor nearly which I'm a bit lazy about when I'm going by myself.

Met Johanna, Albin and Johannes there doing some impressive training. Good to see them as I haven't since before the wedding I think!

Ok back to building a little more running into my training hopefully. I'll probably swap it out if I don't feel like doing it but will definitely try.
