FTP test. Pretty hard. Maybe could have gone faster but happy enough. Average for the 20mins was 133W which then swift estimates 95% of that so 125ish I think (still no way to know how accurate this is as we don't have a matching turbo. Was good fun. Really enjoyed it. Cycling hurts the body a lot less than running
