Note

Feeling run down and lymph nodes on my neck swollen so decided to take another rest day and catch up on a lot of work (though I still have a mountain left to do). Feeling good that I did it now because I actually got something done as opposed to faffing all day which often happens when I'm feeling under the weather.

First hittaut run of the season. Also probably the first long run of the season. Was ok but wasn't really feeling it. Felt tired and slow but it wasn't too bad.
