Larch Hill night-o.
Quite enjoyable. Lower legs were tight but usable. Had some heartburn which made it a little less fun but overall my nav was good (not that it was a particularly taxing area) and good craic.
I am such a fan of night-o

Run on ticknock. Excitment of the night was Brian's battery going on fire.
Solaeus was quite sore for the whole thing and my calves were pretty tight. Didn't bring a sports bra either so the downhill was not as fast as it should have been which is probably for the best given the leg troubles.
Running intervals (X trainer) 9:40 [4] 2.0 km (4:50 / km)
Decided I wanted to do Three 2k interals with 90 second rest. Mixed it up between X trainer and Elliptical for the hell of it. Was fairly sweating.
Running intervals (Erg) 10:22 [4] 2.0 km (5:11 / km)

Strength (BOXFIT) 45:00 [3]
This class was on when I was finished my session so I said I'd give it a go.
Most of the class consisted of sets of the following:
1. 2 min push ups. I started off doing real push ups and I seemed to be the only one. Soon realised I would not be able to keep these up for the duration of the 45 minute class.
2. 2 min kettle bell squats
3. 2 min Laying into punch pads for all you're worth
The end of the class was 3 sets of 1 min of leg lifts and then 30 seconds hold at the bottom and 1 min mountain climbers 30 second high plank. Needless to say my form wasn't impeccable...
Way harder than I was expecting. Can't lift my arms. Haven't done any kind of endurancey strength in a while. It's been years since I did any kind of boxing. Was fun.
Got new perscription insoles and runners at the weekend so I need to gradually ease into using them this week. Means another interval session missed but I think it's worth it. Don't want to break myself.
Chest is still pretty shitty after yesterday.
Monday: Lunchtime run. PM Climbing
Tuesday: Easy run breaking in the shoes/insoles still
Wednesday: Long run (including oing in Cruagh) Will not wear insoles for this
Thursday: Who knows. Screw you Thursdays.
Friday: rest
Saturday: night-o
Sunday: Donadea local event

Felt much harder than it usually does but that could be the new shoes. Feet felt a bit strange but nothing bad or sore.
