This was in the physio. The appointment was supposed to be 1hr but ended up being 1:30. It was so good, learned loads hopefully I can get the auld body working now. I feel like quarter of the appointment was just squats. Quarter was running on a treadmill. The rest was talking.
I was told in no uncertain terms that I was not to stretch. I am not stiff enough apparently.
