I know I should go for a run but I don't really want to. Considering I haven't had a "dont do anything" rest day in about 10 days or so, I think I deserve it. have done some stretching.

Jaysus so I got to 180 but I was pushing a lot today because this douche in lycras on a really nice bike was just passing people really dangerously for a while then later I could see him up ahead so I rode up to his wheel and just sat there for a little while and sped past him. Felt good. Legs were sore at the beginning but they felt better as the cycle went on. Should probably try to cycle really slowly home.
