Jaysus so I got to 180 but I was pushing a lot today because this douche in lycras on a really nice bike was just passing people really dangerously for a while then later I could see him up ahead so I rode up to his wheel and just sat there for a little while and sped past him. Felt good. Legs were sore at the beginning but they felt better as the cycle went on. Should probably try to cycle really slowly home.

I was getting quite bad twinges in my hip when I started my run so I said I'd do an on off session with ks/1.5ks each time. Worked pretty well. Not too tired and didn't have to get the bus.
