Spent a couple of hours marking out route for part of the Dursley Dozen...… no chance of anybody getting lost given the amount of red and white tape used.

Decided against running the race tomorrow.

Note

Saw a podiatrist today, who indicated that all my problems are likely to be caused by the fact that my right pelvis is totally out of alignment, caused by my back issues, which I have had since I was 16.... so it has taken x no. physios etc (his ghast was flabbered that this had not been picked up by anyone before)..... it all made sense when he showed me pictures and videos he took and it was so obviously unaligned..... he reckons it is realtively easy to sort.... lets hope so.... may be I will make a come back
