Note
(rest day)

Went for a massage in Chippenham and I had a better explanation for what was going on with my hips/back than I have had before..... it appears that my issue stems from my left hip abductor - and the current issues are likely a result of over compensating - given some stretches to do.....

WHICH I MUST DO TWICE A DAY!!!!

BOK Urban Series #1 - Stoke Bishop - Long Course 6.2km

Good fun course to start the series off, but I was a bit 'scrappy'..... had seen Tommi go back through the start to no. 1, so did the same (he had seen Gavin do it too) and beat him (and Gavin) by 1 second and Phil by 6 secs, although lost all that on no.2 as hadn't worked out where to go next!!

9-10 stopped to do shoe lace up, and route poor (1 min)

14-15 - came out of 14 and ran straight down cul-de-sac, rather than the road I should have been on!! (1 min)

19 - overshot on path and then searching a bit before seeing depression - was probably expecting to see control - 30 secs

23 -24 went up wrong path/road and then turned too early back into halls - and ended up inadvertently in some big hugging event where control 26 had been removed - all looked a bit weird, so got out quickly - 1 min

27-28 headed SE in car park rather than back out to path and then retraced back - 20 secs

Was holding back a little bit from about third way round as calf/Achilles was niggling still - seems a bit of an odd one, as no soreness really after. Massage tomorrow will hopefully help.

9th I believe - Eddie did just under 36 - luckily managed to beat Gavin, but only by 10 seconds
