ran a total of only 4.5 miles last week. i definitely felt the lack of miles on this run. took it easy, kept it slow.

woke up this morning with an achy lower back. did lots of stretches and then onto weights, mostly abs and a little upper body.

sub today, Gail, i remember her from 24hr metro days. overall good session, it was refreshing to sweat so much.

wanted to run on the treadmill but calves were still quite sore from sat. run on the sand, couldn't believe it, that was days ago! got on the stairmaster instead for 30min, level 10 (55 floors/min), total of 165 floors.

G's birthday SUP session! we took deb out on the water starting @ NB (under the bridge) and paddled toward the backbay. ran into a seal, lots of fish and pelicans.
