still no appetite. dizziness and nausea went away.

utah is getting a dump of snow the past couple of days and into the weekend. 5 of us immediately booked flights to slc. can't wait, the season begins at last!

HIKE (24hr lakeshore) 30:00 [3]

30min on stairmaster, level 10 (5.5 floors per minute). this was taxing. felt lightheaded and had to stop after 20min. drank some water, walked around the track a bit, and started again for the last 10min. good sweat session but still weak, don't know what's wrong with me.
