ez pace up to the ball and back. had a flat tire half way up but was too lazy to change it, so we just pumped it up and climbed to the top. hung out at the ball (top) for a bit, changed tire, and then headed back.

the ground was dry solid, no mud anywhere. you wouldn't be able to tell that it rained 2 days before.

ran barefoot on wet sand, so nice out and water was relatively warm too for this time of year. wished i brought along wetsuit and board. couldn't wipe the smile off my face. life is beautiful, it really is. don't ever take it for granted.

HR was all over the place during first mile (warm up, max out at 184??)

yesterday was an OFF day, well, today, it was ON. running felt great, free of any pain, easy stride, and effortless. breathing returned to normal almost immediately after run. lungs were big. wish every run would feel this way.

10min warm up, 32min @ 7.3mph.

over all stretch after run. didn't do this on monday and felt it the next day, lesson learned.
