travel - flight was delayed for 16 hours (mechanical) and then the flight itself was 14 hours. landed in brisbane past midnight, and got to hotel around 2am, and had to show up at work at 8am. i was so messed up.

thurs session with cynthia. 2x12min hills peppered with runs and sprints.

PB 183 watts, 21.1 miles. it helped that i didn't run prior (like usual).
