felt really good to finally be able to do aerobic exercise again. ran at ez and steady pace, out and back, 5 miler. need to develop some fast twitch muscles.

i discover it's impossible to get an aerobic workout when bending the knee is unpermitted and getting wet is out of the question.

core and upper body weight wotkout, now that's doable!

Note

visited the doctor today and leg is fine, looks great, no infection. there is swelling in the knee and some of it drained down to the ankle but that is all normal.
