RUN (24hr lakeshore) 1:00:00 [3] 6.5 mi (9:14 / mi) +343ft 8:47 / mi
shoes: asics gel-kayano 19

i'm lengthening run time but stay slow and steady, still cautious. i'm also conscious about form, try to shorten stride and lean forward a little. the new shoes are really awesome, lots of cushion/support on the bottom, and just right amount of "cradle" around the foot.

slow and steady, i'm being super careful with the hammies. this was the first run on the new shoes, so far so good.
